Description

Settler’s Green subdivision is a mixed use development that includes single family residential, multi family residential and light commercial and industrial zonings.  Subdivision designs were developed in cooperation with planners.  Preliminary design of road networks, storm water management,  deep and shallow services were completed.  Preliminary cost estimates were developed.  Subdivision approvals were obtained.
